Service Description

After we've evaluated your clothing piece-by-piece (what stays, what goes, and what were you thinking?!?), we'll come up with a shopping list for you to fill in the gaps in your closet at your own pace, as well as an immediate plan to maximize what you already have. This is not a shopping service, it's shopping guidance. I recommend The Closet Companion for those who want build or elevate their wardrobe on their own, at their own at their own pace. Please note: For this service, you must either be near your wardrobe and able to hold up/show (trying on is optional) individual pieces via Zoom during our session *OR* share images of your items prior to the session. What's Included: -Closet Evaluation with styling tips for your existing wardrobe -PDF shopping guide with tips on integrating new pieces into your wardrobe -10-20+ brand recommendations for for items as well as secondhand search terms for locating pre-loved and vintage versions of your items -Text/email support for any style/shopping questions you have

Cancellation Policy

Any documents and shopping lists will be sent via e-mail 6-8 working weeks following our session, excluding any major holidays and a reasonable allowance around said holidays (i.e. the entire week of Christmas or Thanksgiving, or longer breaks for summer holidays). Any unavoidable delays will be communicated during session or post session via email. Virtual services may be rescheduled at any time with no penalty up to three times. More than three cancellations or reschedules can result in permanent barring from booking services. Services can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours after booking has been made and confirmed. Any other refund will be subject to the stylist's discretion. Services discounted more than 25% may only be cancelled for a refund of 50% of the price paid. All sessions have a 10 minute grace period (without prior communication) before you will be asked to reschedule.
