Rescheduling & Cancellations
Virtual services may be rescheduled at any time with no penalty, up to three times.
Services can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours after making a booking by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. After that, any refund will be subject to the stylist's discretion.
More than three cancellations or reschedules can result in a permanent ban from booking services.
Shopping Lists, Guides, and Moodboards will typically be delivered within 6 working weeks following the final session, but can be delayed by client volume, holidays, sickness, etc. If you have not received a final email or update within 8 weeks, please contact Lakyn at email@example.com
I want you to be completely satisfied with our virtual styling services. If you must cancel services, we offer a refund up to 48 hours after you've booked a service.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact me and provide your reason for requesting a refund. I will review your request and if it is determined that you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 3-4 business days. Processing fees (typically 5-10%) will be deducted from all refunds.
Refunds for any services that have been partially or fully completed are entirely up to the stylist's discretion. Services discounted more than 25% may only be cancelled for a refund of 75% of the price paid.
Digital products are ineligible for refunds. Digital files must be accessed within 30 days of order. Download links/files will not be re-sent after this 30 day period.
