Rescheduling & Cancellations

Virtual services may be rescheduled at any time up to twice with no penalty. Any no-call-no-show (failure to check in within ten minutes of scheduled session) forfeits any payment made. 

All payments are final. 

Deliverables 

Shopping Lists, Guides, and Moodboards will typically be delivered within 6-8 working weeks following the final session, but can be delayed by client volume, holidays, sickness, etc. Any delays will be relayed to client via email. By booking any virtual service, you agree to this timeline as well as potential delays. 

Refunds
