Service Description
You don't need an entire new wardrobe, just a few tweaks and upgrades, here and there. Let's go through your closet, talk about what's there, and come up with a plan to improve upon it. I will then shop for the pieces I feel will take your look to the next level: maybe you just need a bunch of accessories, or something to wear instead of jeans everyday, or some fun going out outfits--whatever it is, I got your fix. I recommend this service for those who just need "a little something" to fill in some gaps in your wardrobe and maximize what you already have. What's Included: -Evaluation and styling for your existing wardrobe -Collaborative Moodboard with styling suggestions and ideas -Shopping List with LINKS for 5-15 items to fill the gaps in your wardrobe, with multiple options for each, including vintage/secondhand, designed to be shopped over time (up to 1 year) -My notes on how to incorporate your new pieces Extras: -Optional 1-hr Virtual Try-On Session once purchases have arrived -E-mail support for any style questions you have and replacements for sold out items (up to 36 weeks after delivery) Please note: For this service, you MUST be near your wardrobe and able to hold up/show (trying on is optional) individual pieces via Zoom during our session.
Cancellation Policy
Any documents and shopping lists will be sent via e-mail 6-8 working weeks following our session, excluding any major holidays and a reasonable allowance around said holidays (i.e. the entire week of Christmas or Thanksgiving, or longer breaks for summer holidays). Any unavoidable delays will be communicated during session or post session via email. Virtual services may be rescheduled at any time with no penalty up to three times. More than three cancellations or reschedules can result in permanent barring from booking services. Services can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours after booking has been made and confirmed. Any other refund will be subject to the stylist's discretion. Services discounted more than 25% may only be cancelled for a refund of 50% of the price paid. All sessions have a 10 minute grace period (without prior communication) before you will be asked to reschedule.
