Service Description

After we've evaluated your clothing piece-by-piece (what stays, what goes, and what were you thinking?!?), we'll come up with a shopping list for you to fill in the gaps in your closet at your own pace, as well as an immediate plan to maximize what you already have. This is not a shopping service, it's shopping guidance. I recommend Closet Refresh for those who already have a decent-sized wardrobe, but just need to "flesh it out" or refine it, aka, fill in the gaps, and want to do it on their own at their own pace. If you know you need *something* but you're not sure what, you definitely need a refresh! What's Included: -Closet Evaluation with styling tips for your existing wardrobe -Your Wardrobe Checklist -PDF shopping guide with tips, moodboard, secondhand search terms and brand recommendations for the items on your checklist -Text/email support for any style/shopping questions you have (up to 12 weeks after delivery)

Cancellation Policy

Virtual services may be rescheduled at any time with no penalty up to three times. More than three cancellations or reschedules can result in permanent barring from booking services. Services can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours after booking has been made and confirmed. Any other refund will be subject to the stylist's discretion. Services discounted more than 25% may only be cancelled for a refund of 50% of the price paid. All sessions have a 10 minute grace period (without prior communication) before you will be asked to reschedule.
