Grab a cup of coffee and let's have a chat. Ask up to 5 fashion and style related questions and get in-depth answers to those and any follow-up questions during our (virtual) face-to-face conversation. Note: Don't worry if your questions don't seem "specific" enough, we can flesh it all out via chat!

Cancelation Policy

Virtual services may be rescheduled at any time with no penalty. Services can be cancelled for a full refund up to 5 days after booking has been confirmed, or 48 hours before booking is set to take place, whichever comes first. Within 24 hours before or after a session has taken place, any refund will be subject to the stylist's discretion. Services discounted more than 25% may only be cancelled for a refund of 50% of the price paid. More than three cancellations or reschedules can result in permanent barring from booking services.  All sessions have a 10 minute grace period (without prior communication) before you will be asked to reschedule.
