Cancellation Policy

Virtual services may be rescheduled at any time with no penalty. Services can be cancelled for a full refund up to 5 days after booking has been made and confirmed. Any other refund will be subject to the stylist's discretion. Services discounted more than 25% may only be cancelled for a refund of 50% of the price paid. More than three cancellations or reschedules can result in permanent barring from booking services.  All sessions have a 10 minute grace period (without prior communication) before you will be asked to reschedule.
